Directions to Jonathan Dayton High School
From Route 22
Eastbound: After the Spanish Tavern Restaurant (Mountainside), get into the left lane. Bear left and exit the highway at the Western Termite (sign says Sheffield Street). This merges you onto Mountain Avenue. Travel through 3 lights and look for the high school on the right.
Westbound: After the Nissan dealer & World of Tile (Springfield), turn right off the highway onto Hillside Avenue. At the second light turn right onto Mountain Avenue. Travel through 2 lights and look for the high school on the right.
Garden State Parkway
Northbound: Exit 138, Kenilworth. At traffic light turn left onto the Boulevard. Follow the Boulevard through Kenilworth into Westfield. Street changes to Springfield Ave. After crossing over Route 22 turn left at the traffic light onto Hillside Ave. Travel through 2 more lights and look for the high school on the right.
Southbound: Exit 143, Route 24 and 78 and stay to the right on the local lanes of Route 24. Follow directions below for Route 23 and Route 78 Westbound.
Routes 24 & 78
Eastbound: Stay right and follow signs for local 24 to exit 49A (Springfield). This puts you on Springfield Avenue. At the second light turn right onto Morris Avenue. Travel to next light and turn left onto Mountain Ave. High school is on the second block on the left.
Westbound: After the overpass, take exit 50A (Springfield/Union). Cross back over Route 24 to the light and turn right onto Liberty Ave. At the next light turn right onto Morris Ave. At the 5th lgith (Foodtown Shopping Center), turn left onto Mountain Ave. High school is on the second block on left.
NJ Turnpike
Northbound: Take exit 11 to the Garden State Parkway N and follow the above directions
Southbound: Take the Newark Airport exit and follow the above directions for Routes 24 & 78 Westbound.
