The Springfield Public Schools presented the SSEP at the NJSBA 2017

The Springfield Public Schools presented the Student Spaceflight Experiments Program (SSEP) at the New Jersey School Boards Association’s 2017 Workshop. The presentation was titled:

A District-Wide STEAM Project – On a Budget

Session participants learned how to engage an entire community in a districtwide STEAM project on a responsible budget. This project gives students in grades K-12 the opportunity to participate in academic and creative arts, while continuing with traditional district curricular focus. The program uses all current district resources and personnel; the budgetary impact is less than $30,000.
