In our continuing efforts to reduce the amount of paper sent home,
all "Fact Pack" information will be available and completed online. Your
child’s account information has been mailed to you. Please have the
letter on hand before you access the following link:
We ask you read the material carefully and answer all questions completely.
NOTE for all middle and high school students: the acceptable use policy
(AUP) is part of this information collecting process. If your child is
attending the Florence M. Gaudineer Middle School or the Jonathan Dayton
High School, he/she will not receive a laptop without having provided
the policy's original signature sheet. The downloadable AUP will be
available at the top of the online form page labeled "Agreements." 9th
graders should complete the AUP and bring the form to the Freshmen
Orientation on Wednesday, September 5th, in order to receive their laptops that day.
PreK - Gr. 5 Students -
You must complete all forms and information by Wednesday, August 15th.
Middle & High School Students -
You must complete all forms and information by Friday, August 31st.
