How to Submit a Tech Support Ticket

See this page for submitting a ticket using the MOJO Help Desk Software: 

  1. Login to your Springfield Google Account
  2. Click the waffle icon in the upper right hand corner of any Google Resource (Drive, Mail, etc.)
  3. Scroll down and choose the MOJO icon.
