Logging In

Logging into Genesis is very simple:

1. Go to the Parent Portal URL, https://parents.c3.genesisedu.net/springfieldschools
2. Enter your Email Address in the ‘User Name’ field
3. Enter your Parent Portal password in the ‘Password’ field.
4. Click the ‘Login’ button

 

Logging In for the First Time

• You should have received an email with your temporary password in your Welcome Packet.
• After logging in for the very first time, you will be prompted to change your password. 

What if I forget my password?

• Right next to the Login button, click the “Forgot My Password” link.
• You will be prompted to enter your email address, then click "Reset Password" button.
