The program is open to all PreK4-Grade 5 students currently enrolled or pre-registered in Springfield Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year. Should these programs reach capacity, all additional submissions will shift to a waiting list, and availability is prioritized by submission date and time.
Please use the links below to submit your enrollment request for each of our Before and/or After Care Programs.
These links will be deactivated after 4:00 PM on Friday, June 13, 2025 and will be reactivated at 8:00 AM on Monday, June 16, 2025 and will be deactivated once capacity is reached.
Note: A form for each session (Before or After) must be completed for each child. For example, if you wish to submit an enrollment request for your child, for both sessions, Before and After Care, you will need to submit a total of 2 forms, one for each program. A separate form for each child is necessary.
Pre-registration for students who are currently enrolled in the Before/After Care Programs will be available until June 13, 2025 at the close of business, 4:00 PM. Failure to pre-register within these dates will release your student's enrollment to new registrants.
New Registration for students who are not currently enrolled in our Before/After Care Program will begin June 16, 2025 and will remain open until we reach capacity.
